“It was fine, but the property is obviously aging and is becoming quite evident. The room itself was clean, the hallways were not.”

“Hotel was great as usual. My only issue was we stayed in an executive suite with a sofa bed with no sheets or blankets. We will stay there again.”

“Wish I could remember my room #. But on oct 23rd 2026. I walked in my room for the first time. Set my bag on the bed, walked into the restroom and there were at least 10 roaches going crazzzzy. Big roach party in there 😩. You hear stories and you witness other's. I juat find it hard to believe that house keeping misses that.”

“Clean room. Easy access to show site.”

“La ubicación es excelente, sus instalaciones lindas y limpias y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno con diferentes opciones.”

“This is the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in!”

“The water was just above cold the first two days. The third day it was atleast a little warm. Never got hot water during our stay. Went to use the conditioner and it was empty, so double check prior to hopping in the shower. Beds have a hard mattress.”

“The motel looked extremely old and poorly maintained. It appeared as though people were living there long-term rather than staying as guests. There were bicycles and bbqs left outside, and the overall appearance was uninviting. Unfortunately, the property did not look like a place I would want to stay, and it was very disappointing.”

“Laundry machines were broken.”

“The staff was very helpful.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again.”

“The front desk wasn't helpful at all!! We booked a suite and was told Expedia over booked the location. The hotel was in desperate need over maintenance thru-out the whole building. The kitchen staff was nice and helpful, The food was about on par with most included breakfasts at most similar rated hotels.”

“We can’t wait to be back. Such a relaxing place to be. The host is simply great and we felt at home right away. It’s a great place being in nature but at the same time close to the airport (Nashville) and a good start to discover the Smokies.”
